General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between, on the one hand, Take Back Your Harmony – Apart1, 1a Milburn Road, BH4 9HJ, Bournemouth, registered as Mr Manuel Salomon, representing the online store takebackyourharmony.com, and, on the other hand, the person who visits or makes a purchase remotely via the website takebackyourharmony.com, here in after referred to as the “Client.” The parties agree that orders placed with takebackyourharmony.com are exclusively governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, to the exclusion of all others. Acceptance of these terms implies that the client is of legal age and has the legal capacity required to enter into a contract.

Scope and Service Provider

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to online sales contracts concluded via the website takebackyourharmony.com and its consumer clients.

Conclusion of the Contract

In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on the conclusion of online contracts, the contract will be deemed concluded when you click on the button confirming your order, after reviewing the details, including the total price, and having had the opportunity to correct any errors. Before concluding a contract with us, you must read and accept the GTCS during the order process.

Language

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.

Prices and Taxes

Our prices are listed in Euros under United Kingdom tax regulations and are stated as net prices. As Take Back Your Harmony operates as a person, VAT is included. All orders, regardless of origin, must be paid in Euros. Prices are subject to change at any time by takebackyourharmony.com; the prices displayed are valid only on the day of the order and do not affect future transactions.

Order Acceptance

Before completing your order, you will have the opportunity to review and modify its contents. Finalizing the order signifies the conclusion of the sale in accordance with Regulation 12 of the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002. By validating your order, you acknowledge all its characteristics, and this action signifies your full and complete acceptance, including the obligation to pay.

Payment

Secure payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via the Stripe platform. The order must be paid in full. A paid invoice, listing the items in the order, will be sent to the email address provided by the client. The client’s banking information is encrypted and securely transmitted to Stripe, a service specializing in online financial transactions, using SSL encryption, ensuring that neither takebackyourharmony.com nor third parties have access to it. For online payments, the order amount is debited from the client’s account at the moment the payment is validated.

Appointment Scheduling

The initial coaching session 20mn/free or 60mn/88 euro must be booked through the online appointment scheduling tool. The client will choose a date and time from the available slots according to their availability. For subsequent sessions within one of the offered packages, appointment scheduling will be arranged in coordination between the client and the coach during the previous session.

Location of Coaching Sessions

All coaching sessions are conducted via videoconference to fit your schedule and constraints. Before each session, you will receive a secure connection link, ensuring simple and quick access. This flexible format provides the same quality of interaction as in-person sessions.

Legal Warranty

The legal warranty applies under the conditions provided by law, specifically referencing the implied terms outlined in the Sale of Goods Act 1979. The rights referred to include those detailed in sections 12 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979, which cover aspects such as the seller’s title, the correspondence of goods to description, their satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and conformity to sample.
